This role offers the opportunity to help launch new products from R&D into production while driving improvements in existing manufacturing operations. You’ll be part of a team where initiative, problem-solving, and collaboration are valued every day—and where your ideas can make a visible impact on the success of the business.

Why this opportunity stands out:

  • A collaborative culture where smart, driven people thrive

  • Partner with R&D and manufacturing to move new products from design to production
  • Implement process controls, including risk analysis, test method validation, and infrastructure monitoring
  • Analyze and improve production processes using DMAIC, Gage R&R, Cp/Cpk, SPC, and related methods
  • Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and inspection procedures
  • Launch and design simple test fixtures and support qualification activities
  • Troubleshoot, manage defects, and implement process improvements for ongoing production
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and advocate for strong specs and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Hands-on experience with electromechanical test fixtures, circuit boards, or process engineering (only one required)
  • Preferred: experience in medical devices, electromechanical assemblies, low- to mid-volume production, and/or startup environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process orientation
  • CAD software experience preferred (SolidWorks ideal)
  • Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485 preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements

Success in this role looks like:

  • Collaborating effectively with R&D and manufacturing to deliver milestones
  • Updating work instructions and production protocols
  • Designing and launching simple test fixtures
  • Supporting new product introductions while improving existing production lines
