The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced ERP sales professional who thrives on developing new business and building long-term client relationships.


This is a true hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, engaging executive decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles, and closing new business. You'll represent a portfolio of leading ERP solutions supported by an experienced consulting organization with deep expertise in manufacturing and distribution.


While your initial focus will be on driving software and consulting sales, this position offers long-term growth potential. As the business continues to expand, there will be opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities across sales and marketing for someone who demonstrates success and a desire to grow.


What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges, organizational priorities, and buying processes.
  • Build relationships with executive leadership, including owners, presidents, CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders.
  • Deliver presentations and high-level software demonstrations with support from the technical team when appropriate.
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and solution recommendations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity history within the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, technical, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Stay current on ERP technology trends and the evolving needs of manufacturing and distribution organizations.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 6+ years of experience selling ERP software or ERP consulting services.
  • Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing, job shop, or distribution organizations.
  • Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate value to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance & Operations, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, NetSuite, Global Shop Solutions, or similar enterprise software solutions.
