Key Responsibilities & Goals

  • Design, refine, and scale delivery processes that support organizational growth
  • Lead a skilled team, providing direction and guidance through leadership change
  • Embrace ongoing M&A activity with adaptability and a forward-looking mindset
  • Drive measurable improvements in time-to-value by:
  • Reducing implementation timelines
  • Accelerating purchasing and licensing cycles
  • Streamlining additional license transactions
  • Question the status quo, pushing for more effective, smarter approaches to delivery


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of functional and technical delivery professionals
  • Build, refine, and standardize delivery processes and playbooks to drive consistency and scale
  • Shorten implementation timelines, accelerate purchasing cycles, and increase velocity of license transactions
  • Guide the team confidently through leadership transition and organizational change, including M&A activity
  • Partner cross-functionally with project and sales stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes
  • Track delivery KPIs and continuously optimize frameworks to reduce time-to-value
  • Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement


Desired Profile

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including people management within an ISV or consulting environment
  • Experience with process design and improvement is highly valued; 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change with confidence and persistence
  • Skilled communicator with executive presence and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and asking “why” to unlock smarter ways of working
