Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of functional and technical delivery professionals
- Build, refine, and standardize delivery processes and playbooks to drive consistency and scale
- Shorten implementation timelines, accelerate purchasing cycles, and increase velocity of license transactions
- Guide the team confidently through leadership transition and organizational change, including M&A activity
- Partner cross-functionally with project and sales stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes
- Track delivery KPIs and continuously optimize frameworks to reduce time-to-value
- Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement
Desired Profile
- 7–10 years of professional experience, including people management within an ISV or consulting environment
- Experience with process design and improvement is highly valued;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change with confidence and persistence
- Skilled communicator with executive presence and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and asking “why” to unlock smarter ways of working
