About Our Client

ErthSearch is working with OptiGrid, an energy technology company accelerating fleet electrification with battery-integrated DC fast charging solutions. Their modular systems combine charging, energy storage, and grid management to eliminate costly infrastructure upgrades and reduce deployment timelines from years to weeks. OptiGrid is growing rapidly and seeking creative problem-solvers to help fleets transition to electric power through innovative, decentralized energy services.


The Role 

This is a high-impact, commercial leadership opportunity to drive rapid market growth for an essential EV infrastructure solution. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial, your core mission is to land new contracts with EV Fleet owners. 

You are expected to hit the ground running, leveraging your existing industry rolodex to accelerate sales and partnership opportunities immediately. 


Qualifications & Skills


Required

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial roles, including 5+ years leading B2B sales organizations, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Direct, hands-on experience selling EV Charging hardware, energy systems, or other complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven success selling specifically to EV Fleet Owners and related infrastructure providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and close complex, high-value commercial deals.
  • Existing network of relevant industry contacts ("rolodex") to accelerate partnership and sales opportunities immediately.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales and executing go-to-market strategies in startup or growth-stage environments.
  • Strong preference for someone in California
