Client Overview:

Dr. Kalpana is an amazing entrepreneur, and she is looking for an equally amazing social media manager who can help her so she can stay in her zone of genius!


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am and 5pm Pacific Time (US) 
  • Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
  • Must have extensive experience with social media management, analytics, engagement, and content creation
  • Must have strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including Reels, Stories, and Analytics dashboards.
  • Must have experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut (or similar editing apps), and social scheduling platforms.
  • Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Must be super organized 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
  • Knowledge of healthcare, MedSpa, or entrepreneurial industries is a plus.

Responsibilities/Tasks:


Social Media Management & Content Execution:

  • Manage daily posting across Facebook (personal + business), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Implement weekly content rhythm 
  • Upload all videos as Reels and Stories; ensure captions, trimming, and formatting (CapCut or similar tool)
  • Repurpose podcast episodes into 3–5 short-form clips for Reels/Posts for use in social media posting or other marketing initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, hashtags, and formatting across all content pillars
  • Create posts for upcoming event
  • Draft compelling captions that reflect Dr. Kalpana’s brand voice


Community Engagement & Reputation Management

  • Monitor social platforms daily at scheduled intervals; engage by liking, commenting, responding to DMs, and following aligned users.
  • Maintain and update FAQ document with common inquiries and responses.
  • Respond to negative comments/reviews with professionalism and empathy, following approved brand scripts.
  • Draft and post responses to Google Reviews in line with brand-approved messaging.


Podcast & YouTube Support

  • Upload weekly podcast episodes to YouTube and embed them into blog posts on the website.
  • Create and post supporting graphics, captions, and CTA-driven content tied to each episode.
  • Manage monthly promotion cadence (reminders, teasers, snippets).
  • Manage unbound and uncensored- Create a blog and post clips


Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect and compile monthly analytics across social platforms, YouTube, and website/blog for leadership review.
  • Present metrics with insights and recommendations to improve performance.


Additional Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and connect with individuals and organizations aligned with Dr. Kalpana’s offerings.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to build relationships, increase visibility, and drive event participation.


Design & Creative Support

  • Organize and maintain brand assets within Canva, ensuring templates and files are tidy and easy to access.
  • Design and produce branded event graphics and marketing collateral that align with Dr. Kalpana’s voice and visual identity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
