Client Overview:
Kelly and Elise connect deeply vetted service providers with families and organizations who need them. It’s meaningful, meticulous work — and she needs someone like you to help make it all happen behind the scenes.
Client Requirements:
- Must be able to work 7am-3pm Mountain Time (US)
- Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
- Must have experience creating database lists for lead generation - must be able to scrape websites, understand how to qualify leads to get them in the pipeline (qualifications will be provided)
- Must have customer success (customer service) experience - must care for people and make sure the application process doesn’t just feel transactional
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills
- Must be super organized with high attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
Software tools used by the client:
- HubSpot
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Lead Generation (Priority):
- Research and identify potential leads
- Scrape websites, gather contact data, and assess potential leads based on predefined qualifications.
- Build and maintain lead lists in CRM or tracking systems.
- Schedule qualified leads for next steps
Pipeline Management & Hygiene (You will follow processes for this):
- Track applicant progress through each stage of the membership process.
- Follow up with individuals who have:
- Started but not submitted applications
- Submitted applications but not completed membership agreements
- Not yet made payment
- Ensure the database and pipeline remain current and accurate.
Vetting & Profile Creation (You will follow processes for this):
- Review applications and verify credentials such as certifications and licensure.
- Use state licensing websites to confirm validity and status of credentials.
- Create provider profiles including names, photos, credentials, and other key information for the website.
Customer Service (You will follow processes for this):
- Send and respond to applicant emails promptly
- Provide a positive applicant experience

- We have real people communicating with you and looking at your application!
- We PAY you to take a Paid Test for the client you're applying for to make sure you like the job and you have the skills for it.
- At any time, you can check out the other clients we have and ask to take Paid Tests for them, as well!
Please note that there is a 1-time Profile that you will help us fill out before the Paid Test. This profile will be sent to our clients, along with your Paid Test results. We value you as a person, and we value your time. Once you're in with Rhino Squad, you're IN, and you have lots of job opportunities available to you. So we appreciate your help in preparing your details to present to our clients.
