Client Overview:

Jessica is looking for an amazing and detail-oriented unicorn to join their super awesome team as a business development support VA! 


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 10 hours/week
  • Must be able to work any 2-hour block from 8am-3pm Eastern Time (US), Monday through Friday
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Must have strong copywriting skills


Responsibilities/Tasks:


Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):


These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:


Social Media Support

  • Post regularly on LinkedIn using provided guidelines
  • Write copies for LinkedIn posts and emails and leverage AI tools to assist with copywriting
  • Connect with relevant contacts on social media
  • Approve or deny incoming follower requests based on guidelines
  • Repurpose case studies into LinkedIn posts, emails, and short-form content


Marketing and Outreach Support

  • Support general marketing efforts
  • Gather and organize marketing and contact data
  • Assist with outreach to contacts already in the funnel
  • Conduct follow-ups with partners, referrals, and prospects
  • Respond to follow-up emails
  • Send updated referral program information to:
  • Strategic partners
  • Referral partners
  • Existing clients who may refer others
  • Reach out to contacts related to speaking engagements and events


Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time):


This task is valuable but can be trained on the job:


  • Support and assist with SEO activities as directed 
  • Help Jessica apply for relevant awards
