Client Overview:
Tracy is an amazing entrepreneur who empowers women leaders to harness their potential. She is looking for a tech-savvy unicorn who can help her team with automations, tech management and maintenance, and data analytics.
Client Requirements:
- Must be able to work 1pm-9pm Eastern Time (US)
- Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
- Must have deep experience with HighLevel, WordPress, and Circle or similar platforms to these (we have a GoHighLevel expert you can consult!)
- Must know how to create sophisticated workflows, segmentation, behavior tracking
- Must be able to analyze and act on insights rapidly
- Must be able to explain tech concepts clearly to non-tech teammates
- Must be able to handle multiple initiatives, and can deliver reliably
- Must be constantly learning and iterating on what works best
- Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
- Must be super organized
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

- Runs through every user journey like a client would—testing, retesting, and removing all friction.
- Verifies tags, triggers, automations, and platform settings for perfect alignment.
- Brings both beauty and functionality to every page, email, and sequence.
- Operates from the belief that small errors compound—so sloppiness is never an option.
Responsibilities/Tasks
Tech Stack Management & Maintenance
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize platforms including HighLevel (CRM, email automation, sales pipeline), WordPress (main site, resources, merch store, course delivery), and Circle (community).
- Proactively resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to students and the team.
- Oversee system updates, security, and integrations to ensure performance and scalability.
Funnel Optimization & Automation
- Own and refine full funnel ecosystems—including landing pages, email sequences, lead scoring, and delivery portals.
- Build automations that improve onboarding, engagement, and internal workflows.
- Reduce manual load by developing efficient, high-impact automations across HighLevel, WordPress, and Circle.
Data, Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Track key student, sales, and marketing metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools that deliver actionable insights.
- Recommend strategies that improve conversions, retention, and operational efficiency.
Tech Strategy & Vendor Collaboration
- Act as the lead liaison with tech vendors and external consultants.
- Maintain high-performance email infrastructure, website hosting, and system integrations.
- Research and implement emerging tools to enhance automation, engagement, and business results.
Publishing & Funnel Deployment
- Upload, test, and schedule blogs, newsletters, and nurturing sequences with precision.
- Set up full funnel flows including landing pages, calendar pages, thank you pages, and follow-up emails.
- Ensure smooth content release and program delivery workflows with zero error tolerance.
