Client Overview:

Jamie is a passionate coach, author, and speaker. She is looking for a unicorn who can help her with social media, Kajabi, and administrative tasks so she can focus on her zone of genius!


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work any 2-hour block between 7:30am and 10:30am Mountain Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 10 hours weekly
  • Must have experience with social media management 
  • Must have experience using Kajabi
  • Must have experience as an administrative/executive assistant or any similar role
  • Must have a good eye for design
  • Must have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
  • Must be super organized 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
  • Must be female


Software tools used by the client:

  • Kajabi
  • Canva
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn


Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Maintain and update Kajabi
  • Assist in sending out email newsletters
  • Create landing pages and set up funnels for new events (you will have templates to follow)
  • Assist with email campaigns
  • Create social media content weekly based on Jamie’s thought leadership
  • Repurpose Jamie’s content
  • Use Canva to design materials including:
  • Workbooks
  • Event invitations
  • Thumbnails
  • Video intros and outros 
  • Proposals (rearranging content, adjusting layout)
  • Create and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)


For later:

  • Calendar and inbox management
