Client Overview:

Steven is an amazing coach and he is looking for an equally amazing unicorn who can help him with administrative, Kajabi, CRM, and customer service tasks. 


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
  • Must be able to work 9am to 5pm Mountain Time (US)
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently


Responsibilities/Tasks:


Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):


These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:


Executive Assistance:

  • Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate appointments
  • Research and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) for Steven
  • Ensure follow-ups are scheduled and completed


Kajabi and CRM:

  • Manage and update content in Kajabi
  • Update and maintain database inside Kajabi
  • Maintain and update Steven’s CRM (Follow Up Boss)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot tech issues across platforms (Kajabi, CRM, etc.) and research solutions if you can't figure it out on your own


Administrative and Customer Support:

  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Assist clients and troubleshoot access issues
  • Organize and distribute meeting recordings
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed


Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time):


These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job:

  • Assist with managing projects such as:

-Coordinating deliverables for Steven’s YouTube channel (someone else manages it)

-Assisting with updating Steven’s website
