Client Overview:

Sarah is a speaker and an amazing entrepreneur. She is looking for an equally amazing unicorn to help her with social media, podcast guest outreach, and speaking outreach so she can stay in her zone of genius. 


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 8am-12pm Eastern Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Must be able to manage their time effectively
  • Must be able to follow instructions well


Responsibilities/Tasks:


Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):


These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:


Social Media & Content Management (70% of the role):

  • Manage and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Publish blog posts and thought leadership articles that are already written
  • Handle the mechanics of content distribution (cutting and editing video clips, uploading, formatting, posting, linking, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Sarah’s team to ensure content goes out on time and be responsible for management of the flywheel content


Executive Assistance (15% of the role):

  • Manage Sarah’s calendar using Calendly
  • Schedule meetings for Sarah and team members
  • Assist with organizing appointments and commitments


Outreach and Research (15% of the role):

  • Research and identify potential podcast guests
  • Conduct guest outreach and follow-ups
  • Help coordinate scheduling and communication with podcast guests
  • Research and identify speaking opportunities aligned with Sarah’s brand
  • Conduct outreach to event organizers, podcasts, and conferences
  • Track outreach and responses
