Client Overview:
This role is all about keeping marketing efforts organized and moving forward. It involves tasks like tracking leads, managing outreach on LinkedIn, updating CRMs, and helping make sure follow-ups don’t slip through the cracks. You won’t be creating content, but you’ll play a key part in getting it in front of the right people. If you're comfortable with tools like Mailchimp, Notion, and LinkedIn — and you’re the type who notices small details and stays on top of things — this might be a great match.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work from 12pm-4pm or 1pm-5pm Mountain Time (US)
- Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
- Must have experience with LinkedIn reachouts
- Must be familiar with lead management (through Notion)
- Must be familiar with Notion, and is comfortable using Notion for social media content calendar, project management, and marketing and sales tracking
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills
- Must be super organized with high attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Connect with Katie’s past clients via LinkedIn, find out the current positions of past clients, see where they are now, and let them know what Katie has been doing (initiatives, offers, etc.)
- Reach out to contacts to make connections, share capabilities, and explore opportunities
- Organize leads and follow up with them (you will follow pre-made processes for this)
- Connect with best possible leads from event attendees via LinkedIn when Katie goes to an event
- Promote Katie’s event participation via social media and email (graphics will be provided)
- Manage post-event follow-up with potential leads and set meetings
- Maintain and update lead tracker (Notion)
- Conduct direct outreach via email and social media
- Research to understand Katie’s business and determine which leads would be good potential clients
- Track leads(who you reached out to, who you need to follow up with) and remind Katie when she needs to follow up with someone
- Manage data in a spreadsheet
- Send outreach emails via Mailchimp
Notion Management:
- Add the people you and Katie connect with on LinkedIn to the masterlist in Notion
- Track and manage projects and tasks in Notion
- Manage social media content calendar through Notion
- Track reach outs in Notion
