Client Overview:

Kelley is an amazing attorney. She is looking for an administrative assistant with extremely high attention to detail who can help her with daily administrative tasks.


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 9am-5pm Mountain Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
  • Must have experience as an administrative assistant or any similar role.
  • Must have experience with HubSpot
  • Must have EXCELLENT organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication and comfortable joining virtuals meetings and talking to people
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must be familiar with Google Drive and Slack


Software tools used by the client:

  • Hubspot
  • Slack 
  • Google Drive
  • Canva


Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Assist with planning and organizing virtual and in-person events (remotely), including scheduling, vendor coordination, and member communications.
  • Keep accurate records, databases, and membership information up to date.
  • Attend virtual meetings, take clear notes, and circulate minutes or action items.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, including drafting, scheduling, and tracking performance.
  • Provide general administrative support.
