Client Overview:

Our client is looking for someone who thrives on change and new processes and is an AI enthusiast. You’ll receive lots of training and you’ll have the opportunity to move up in their company! As an added perk, you’ll have a front-row seat to AI and new AI tools which is super exciting!


Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 5am-1pm Eastern Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
  • Must be able to thrive on change and new processes
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have experience creating multi-format and diverse content types (Video, written, and graphics)
  • Having SEO experience is a big plus
  • Must have a broad, general set of interests as their clients range from weight loss and pickleball apparel to therapy offices, lawyers, ecommerce, and financial investment companies
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must have a genuine interest in exploring and experimenting with AI tools, with a default approach of leveraging AI to tackle challenges
  • Comfortable editing AI-written materials (You will be using the AI tools to develop the writing, but it helps if you have writing experience)
  • Must be super organized with great attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar software is preferred
  • Experience with basic WordPress (and other CMS with blogs) to go in and upload and edit posts is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Work within the company’s own proprietary AI tools to generate human quality content.
  • Follow company-provided SEO and editing best practices and individual client guidelines.
  • When internal and external tools get updates, learn how to use the new version of the tool to perform responsibilities. 
  • Must provide product feedback for continuous product and efficiency improvement. You will be asked to join product calls and participation is required.
  • You’ll create written and visual content; this may evolve to other types of content. 
  • You may also be tasked to help develop AI-first processes by developing prompts, outlining requirements based on your experience, and giving feedback on developing content.
