Client Overview:

Martha is an amazing architect and she is looking for a drafting specialist (experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a must!). 

Client Requirements:

• Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
• Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am to 5pm Eastern Time (US)
• Must have strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience working on architectural drafting projects
• Someone who speaks Spanish would be nice to have 

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):

These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:

• Create and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Support the team with drafting and production work
• Translate architectural concepts and sketches into detailed, technical drawings
• Assist in preparing drawing sets for project deliverables
• Ensure drawings meet required standards and specifications
• Collaborate with the architect and team members to revise and improve drawings as needed
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
