Client Overview:
Dr. Lynn is an amazing chiropractor, and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative tasks so she can stay in her zone of genius!
Client Requirements:
- Must be able to work 10 hours/week
- Must be able to work 11am - 1pm Mountain Time (US)
- Must have experience as an administrative assistant or any similar role
- Must have EXCELLENT communication skills (you will be calling back people via Google Voice and you will be following a script; PLUS, you will be communicating with patients, people in Dr. Lynn’s network, etc. via email)
- Must have STRONG writing skills
- Must have experience using ChatGPT, Otter, and Google Voice
- Must have super high attention to detail
- Must be super organized
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
- Must be warm, personable, and easy to talk to

Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Manage follow-ups with Dr. Lynn’s professional contacts, including other doctors and collaborators
- Ensure timely follow-up after meetings, trainings, or networking events
- Coordinate schedules
- Ensure smooth logistics and follow-through on appointments and action items for Dr. Lynn
- Manage Dr. Lynn’s calendar
- Serve as a relationship-builder: connect and maintain rapport with Dr. Lynn’s network before they become clients or collaborators.
- Send LinkedIn reach-outs and connection requests to people in Dr. Lynn’s network
- Draft and send warm, professional, and thoughtful emails to contacts
- Review and organize Dr. Lynn’s email inbox
- Export Otter.ai recordings, summarize the key takeaways, and send relevant notes to patients or collaborators
- Help organize and prioritize Dr. Lynn's ideas
- Respond to Google Voice messages
- Help keep things moving along
- Other administrative tasks as needed
