Client Overview:

Devin is an AI consultant, and he is looking for an AI and tech-savvy unicorn who can help him with day-to-day tasks so he can stay in his zone of genius! The best part is, you will get lots of training with AI tools which is super exciting!

Client Requirements:

• Must be able to work any 4-hour block with a 1-hour overlap between 8am and 4pm Pacific Time (US)
• Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
• Must have a strong understanding of AI concepts (not necessarily developer level, but must be literate and curious about AI)
• Must be proficient in Notion
• Must be confident with ChatGPT and prompt usage
• Must have video editing skills (using AI editing software)
• Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
• Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
• Must be super organized 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
• Must love learning
• Your reflex must be, ‘How can AI assist me with this?’

Responsibilities/Tasks:



Content and Outreach Support

• Manage daily LinkedIn posts using Devin’s AI-powered writing tool (research trending topics, select best angles, and schedule content)
• Research industry news and AI trends to feed into Devin’s content strategy
• Support podcast initiatives with email campaigns and outreach
• Manage SDR (Sales Development Representative) cold outreach on LinkedIn (~30 minutes/day)
• Maintain Devin’s website (updates, light content maintenance)
• Edit raw video footage for LinkedIn posts using AI editing tools
• Support in repurposing video clips into short-form, engaging content for LinkedIn

Client Delivery & Process Support

• Update and maintain client-facing materials in response to new ChatGPT/AI developments
• Review client notes and help build out the tools and deliverables on behalf of the clients (Devin will train you!)
• Support client onboarding (Devin will train you!)
• Keep CRM (Folk) up-to-date with client and lead information.
