Our client is seeking a driven civil construction professional to join their business in a key Project Manager role. With significant growth on the way in Northland, they are seeking someone who wants to enjoy their love for the outdoors, fishing, surfing with building meaningful infrastructure projects.

With capabilities in structures, 3 waters, transport, energy and rail, they have tier 1 level expertise, but are a privately-owned, non-corporate business with a flat structure and a direct line to the owners. 

We are seeking a proven civil infrastructure professional with the motivation, credibility, and capability to grow into future leadership roles within the business.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Highly competent with 3910 with a comprehensive understanding and practical application of delay, disruption notices, EOT and variations.
• Extensive practical construction experience
• Down to earth people leader – able to mentor teams.
• Experience in delivering $5-10m + projects.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders.
• Effective time management and programming skills.
• Highly computer literate proficient in computer applications in MS Excel, MS Projects and CCS.
