Construction Surveyor – Auckland

We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join a well-known and growing consultancy based in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious, supportive team delivering some of the city’s most challenging and rewarding projects.

About the Role

As a key member of my clients surveying team, you will be responsible for managing your own projects and running sites independently. You’ll work closely with a well-rounded group of surveyors, engineers, and planners, contributing to complex developments and seeing projects through from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• A self-sufficient surveyor confident in managing jobs on their own
• Strong construction surveying experience (ideally 5+ years’ NZ experience, but not essential)
• Proficiency with modern New Zealand surveying software, including 12d, Civil3D, and Landonline
• Skilled in using modern surveying equipment (Total Stations, GPS, scanners, drones, etc.)
• Ability to manage and deliver projects to a high standard
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset, while being comfortable working independently
