This is an opportunity for an experienced Design Manager – Substations (132kV) to take ownership of complex electrical infrastructure projects within a growing national delivery environment. Working closely with engineering teams and clients, you will lead design coordination across primary and secondary disciplines, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful project outcomes. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering substation design projects around 132kV

• Strong understanding of both primary and secondary electrical design

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Ability to review and check technical designs and documentation

• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
