Requirements

• 15 years + experience in Land Development, Masterplanned Communities, Water and Sewer infrastructure projects
• Accredited in sewer and water (Melbourne Water or equivalent)
• Strong technical capability with a focus on design and delivery
• Proven stakeholder management across internal teams and external clients
• Demonstrated mentorship and commitment to team and culture development
