• Engineering degree in Civil, Structural or related discipline

• Proven experience leading engineering projects within consultancy or infrastructure environments

• Strong understanding of land development lifecycle, approvals and council processes

• Ability to manage stakeholders, clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Strong communication and project delivery capability
