Responsibilities:

• Assisting the head chef in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP guidelines.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to create an efficient and harmonious work environment.

Requirements:

• Open minded
• At least 1 year of experience as a help cook
• Has attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Has good English
• Must hold an European Passport

Benefits:

• Starting salary of around €2000 euros with the possibility of overtime and tips- average salary of our help cooks is €2000 - €2200 gross a month
