Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: €1,400 – €1,700 gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience)


Our client is a well-established corporate services firm providing legal and tax advisory, international tax planning, company formation, and fiduciary services across reputable jurisdictions. With offices in Cyprus (Limassol), Georgia (Tbilisi and Batumi), Estonia (Tallinn), and the UAE (Dubai), the firm supports a diverse international client base through expert guidance and tailored solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
  • Assist with the drafting, preparation, and review of legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, resolutions, and agreements
  • Perform general business administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support colleagues in handling cross-functional corporate tasks and client-related matters
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with company procedures


Requirements

  • Proficient in both English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Russian or Polish will be considered an advantage
  • University degree or current university student (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Client-focused, professional, and proactive approach to tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and confidence in communication
  • Background or experience in law, accounting, or business administration will be considered a plus
