Salary: €2,000 - €2,200 euros / month depending on experience

As an au pair, you will have the opportunity to engage in cultural exchange while providing childcare support. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily routines, engaging in educational and recreational activities, and promoting a nurturing and stimulating environment to children.

 

Responsibilities :

(General responsibilities of a Nanny/Au-Pair, some from the list below might not be applicable, depending on client requirements)

  • Childcare: Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in the household, including playing games, assisting with homework, and supervising activities.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare simple and nutritious meals and snacks for the children, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assist with light household duties related to the children, such as tidying up play areas, washing dishes used during childcare, and organizing children's belongings.
  • Transportation: Occasionally accompany children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments, ensuring their safety during transit.
  • Language Support: Offer language assistance and practice in the au pair's native language, if applicable, to help children develop language skills.
  • Cultural Exchange: Engage in cultural exchange activities with the host family, sharing customs, traditions, and experiences from the au pair's home country.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with schedule changes and occasional evening or weekend childcare responsibilities as needed by the host family.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the host family regarding children's needs, schedules, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Safety Awareness: Prioritize the safety and well-being of the children at all times, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures established by the host family.
  • Positive Role Model: Serve as a positive role model for the children, promoting good manners, kindness, and respect in interactions and behavior.


Requirements:

  • Have experience with taking care of children (from a young age)
  • Be professional
  • Hold a driving license
  • Must hold an European Passport
