Our client is a well-established law firm based in Nicosia, Cyprus, specialising in corporate and commercial law. With a strong reputation for professionalism and efficiency, they provide a wide range of legal and corporate services to both local and international clients. Their multilingual team advises on matters including company formation, intellectual property, tax planning, and regulatory compliance, supporting clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including compliance, governance, and contracts
• Draft and review commercial agreements across various sectors
• Support M&A transactions, including legal due diligence and the preparation of transactional documentation
• Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents
• Prepare and file corporate documents with the Registrar of Companies (e.g. company formations, share capital changes, redomiciliation applications)
• Maintain and manage corporate records, ensuring legal compliance
• Conduct legal research to support internal decision-making and legal opinions
Requirements
• Degree in Law (LLB)
• Additional certifications or specialisations will be considered an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate law
• Excellent knowledge of Cyprus legislation
• Fluency in both Greek and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
