With a growing internal IT function, the team is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to contribute to the smooth operation of its technology ecosystem.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven IT Support Specialist to join the IT team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day IT support requests, ensuring effective troubleshooting, system reliability, and smooth end-user operations. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line point of contact for IT queries via helpdesk, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users
- Provide support for desktops/laptops, printers, phones, and other office hardware
- Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of IT hardware and software
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records (devices, licenses, accessories)
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and diagnostics on IT systems
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, email addresses, and permissions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
- Assist with routine system and network administration tasks
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for internal use
- Support compliance with internal IT policies and data-security standards
- Contribute to the implementation of IT infrastructure, software deployments, and upgrades
- Participate in testing, documentation, and rollout of new systems or updates
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

1–3 years’ experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Understanding of network principles: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, VLAN
- Basic knowledge of IT security principles and firewalls
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests efficiently
- Proactive, well-organised, and attentive to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
