Salary: Up to €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities


  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues involving permissions, mail flow, collaboration tools, and security settings
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups using Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure Active Directory
  • Monitor service health, respond to incidents and outages, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Document troubleshooting processes, technical resolutions, and configuration updates in the internal knowledge base
  • Support integration of Microsoft 365 tools with other business applications and systems
  • Maintain and provide support for office IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and VoIP phones
  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices and peripherals
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure network availability and performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets, system configurations, and licenses



Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical support role
  • Proven hands-on experience as a Level 2 IT Specialist, with strong focus on Microsoft 365 administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 management is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance tools
  • Proficient in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment in an office environment
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and ITSM best practices
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Server+) are preferred
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts, identity management, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience supporting Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) is a plus
