We are seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator / Corporate Secretary to join the firm’s Corporate Services team. This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing corporate processes, managing a portfolio of clients, and supervising the day-to-day operations of the corporate department.
The position is well-suited to someone with solid corporate services experience who enjoys responsibility, process improvement, and team leadership within a professional yet approachable working environment.
Responsibilities
- Organise, implement, and supervise corporate processes related to:
- Company incorporations
- Opening of bank accounts
- Drafting of corporate documents and agreements
- Amendments to Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Preparation and submission of Annual Returns
- Oversee the overall management of the Corporate Services team and their client portfolios
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal corporate procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including AML and GDPR
- Manage budgeting and cost control related to corporate services work
- Plan, allocate, and supervise the workload of the Corporate team
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members
- Review and monitor all corporate files for compliance, KYC, and regulatory purposes
- Supervise the completion of corporate assignments, invoicing, and collection cycles
- Maintain statutory registers and monitor changes (e.g. register of members)
- Ensure companies operate in accordance with statutory and legal requirements
- Handle resolutions, powers of attorney, execution, and signing of documents
- Assist with corporate restructurings, reorganisations, or liquidations
- Perform any additional duties required to ensure the efficient and high-quality operation of the corporate department
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate Services and corporate administration
- Proven experience supervising, managing, and delegating tasks to team members
- Strong understanding of corporate services across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience working with a diverse local and international client base
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines and resolve complex corporate matters
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and efficiency
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong computer literacy
