We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to join the Legal Department in Limassol. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a solid foundation in corporate law and corporate governance, with exposure to regulatory filings, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, and official correspondence
- Support the execution, certification, apostille, and legalisation of documents
- Assist in liaising with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver, including preparation of HE Forms and related documentation
- Submit corporate forms through government portals such as Ariadni and the Registrar of Companies
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Support the preparation of corporate documentation for bank compliance departments
- Liaise with local authorities, banks, and external service providers under supervision
- Maintain well-organised hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Perform ad-hoc legal and administrative duties as required by the Legal Department
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification
- Up to 3 years’ experience in a corporate law or legal support role
- Knowledge of Cyprus corporate procedures
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
