Our client is a well-established, family-owned professional services firm, operating successfully for over 35 years and employing a close-knit team of approximately 15 professionals. The firm provides audit, tax, advisory, accounting, and financial reporting services to a broad portfolio of local and international clients, with a strong focus on teamwork, professionalism, and a personalised client approach.


We are seeking an experienced Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Management team. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and requires a highly organised, proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including typing, email correspondence, telephone management, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and manage daily office correspondence and routine administrative matters
  • Communicate daily with local and international clients, providing information and clarification regarding the firm’s services
  • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls professionally
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
  • Type, copy, and prepare letters, invoices, and other documentation
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and prepare meeting materials
  • Manage and control office stationery and consumables
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as required by management


Requirements

  • College degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
