Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – up to 20 hours per week (between 08:00 and 18:00)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Administrator to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of a high-profile residential building. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, accurate record-keeping, and efficient administrative processes.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for a part-time role within a professional property management environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well maintained both indoors and outdoors
  • Coordinate and liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Assist with the administrative management of public parking operations, including reports, records, agreements, and deposit tracking
  • Work closely with the finance team to process invoices and account statements
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances and ensure timely settlements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal procedures
  • Support the implementation and adherence to operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics
  • Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned


Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (considered an advantage)
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Professional attitude with strong communication skills
