We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Administrator to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of a high-profile residential building. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, accurate record-keeping, and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well maintained both indoors and outdoors
- Coordinate and liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with the administrative management of public parking operations, including reports, records, agreements, and deposit tracking
- Work closely with the finance team to process invoices and account statements
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances and ensure timely settlements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal procedures
- Support the implementation and adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics
- Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (considered an advantage)
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills
