Our client is a global, well-established, CySEC-regulated business based in Limassol, Cyprus, with offices in Nicosia, Paphos and Asia. They are currently seeking a Retention Officer to be based in Thailand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively engage with existing clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Monitor and analyze client trading activities to identify potential issues and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide clients with information on market trends, trading strategies, and new product offerings to enhance their trading experience
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand client needs and gather insights for continuous improvement
  • Execute targeted retention campaigns and promotions to encourage trading activity and client loyalty
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations for improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in a business-related or any other field
  • At least 1-year previous experience as a Retention Officer or a similar position
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and innovative
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Strong computer literacy
