We are seeking a Property Lawyer to join their Real Estate Legal Department in Limassol. Reporting directly to the Legal Manager, the successful candidate will support all aspects of property and conveyancing law, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure legally compliant and efficient property transactions.


This role is ideal for a lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience in property law and conveyancing who is looking to grow within a dynamic, in-house legal team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review property-related contracts, including sale and purchase agreements, reservation agreements, and leasing agreements
  • Manage conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with Cypriot property law and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients, governmental authorities, financial institutions, and external advisors to facilitate property transactions
  • Submit and manage documentation through relevant governmental portals
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including coordination with courier services and document tracking
  • Prepare corporate and compliance documentation required by banks and financial institutions
  • Maintain well-organised hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and procedures
  • Conduct KYC and due diligence checks in line with the Group’s compliance policies
  • Draft corporate documentation such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, registers, and formal correspondence
  • Organise execution, certification, apostille, and legalisation of corporate documents
  • Prepare and submit HE forms and related applications to the Registrar of Companies and liaise with the Official Receiver


Requirements

  • LLB or equivalent qualification (Master’s degree will be considered an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property law and conveyancing
  • Strong exposure to Cypriot property law, leasing, contract law, and real estate transactions
  • Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures in Cyprus
  • Familiarity with KYC and due diligence requirements
  • Proven experience drafting and reviewing property-related contracts and agreements
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal document management systems
  • Excellent command of English (Greek will be considered an advantage)
  • Experience in corporate law will be considered an asset
