Are you a skilled Property Commercial Lawyer looking to advance your career with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm?


Our client is a group of companies delivering commercially focused legal advice and solutions, HR support, wellbeing and training, mediation and dispute resolution services to a variety of clients. The exciting part is, it doesn’t stop there as they are constantly developing new products and services to meet clients’ needs.  


They are currently looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is happy to work in an extremely collaborative environment. They need someone who can manage their own workload as well as provide supervision to junior members of the team. You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads without supervision. Someone keen to help grow the business so you will thrive on identifying potential new clients or development opportunities in your local area and nurturing existing relationships.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from major developers and investors to small businesses and individuals.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law
  • Handling complex transactions from inception to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s offices to provide seamless service
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and raising the firm’s profile in the market


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property law (negotiable)
  • A proven track record of managing a wide range of property transactions
  • Some experience managing more junior members of staff
  • Strong technical expertise in commercial leases, property acquisitions, and real estate finance
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • The ambition to contribute to the growth and success of the department
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach to work
