Salary: Fully negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-investigatory assessments and prepare documentation required for filing cases
  • Independently manage civil and commercial litigation proceedings at all stages
  • Prepare pleadings, written submissions, and court documentation
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings and arbitration proceedings
  • Handle mediation and alternative dispute resolution cases
  • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute-related matters
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and client communication efficiently
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice


Requirements

  • University Law Degree (LPC, Bar qualification, or LLM will be considered an advantage)
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Minimum 5+ years’ substantial hands-on litigation experience
  • Proven ability to independently handle court proceedings, including preparation of pleadings and attendance at hearings
  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of independence and professional judgement
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle
