Salary: €24,000 – €30,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor digital printing machines for a wide range of client projects
  • Adjust and calibrate printing settings in line with manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal output
  • Perform quality control checks to maintain high print standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of digital press equipment
  • Collaborate closely with clients’ creative and production departments to ensure requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment or print quality
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality procedures throughout operations


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role operating digital printing machinery
  • Familiarity with digital printing software and workflow tools (e.g., Fiery, RIP)
  • Basic skills in graphic design and prepress preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
