Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas, including countertops, sinks, and equipment.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware used in food preparation and service.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in kitchen and dining areas.
• Emptying and sanitising trash bins and recycling containers.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
• Wiping down tables, chairs, and other furniture in dining areas.
• Dusting and wiping surfaces such as shelves, countertops, and windowsills.
• Removing stains and spills promptly to maintain a clean and presentable environment.
• Following proper cleaning procedures and using cleaning agents safely and effectively.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Be organised and have strong communication skills in English (minimum B1-B2 level)
• Motivation to deliver incredible customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must hold a European Passport
