Salary: Up to 60,00SGD gross per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Work-mode: Hybrid (Friday WFH)

Reporting to the Senior Onboarding Associate, the Onboarding Associate is responsible for performing due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for a diverse client base. This includes corporate, institutional, and individual clients, such as limited companies, offshore trusts, hedge funds, regulated financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high standards of client onboarding.


Responsibilities

  • Conducts initial due diligence and undertakes risk-based analysis on proposed new clients across different regions, including the UK, Cyprus, Australia, Singapore, BVI, South Africa, etc.
  • Performs periodic reviews on the existing client base.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulatory, AML and JMLSG rules and guidelines, and other regulatory requirements (under FCA, ASIC, MAS, CySec among others).
  • Interacts in a professional manner with internal and external parties, including institutional clients.
  • Assists with improving the technical KYC / Verification solutions to expedite the client onboarding process.
  • Assists with the development and enhancement of written processes and procedures.
  • Assists with improving client experience on an ongoing basis.


Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous KYC/onboarding experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Shows drive and enthusiasm with a genuine desire to assist the business in achieving an ambitious growth strategy.
  • Has the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver output
