The firm combines technical excellence with a client-focused approach and continues to grow its Property Law Department in response to increasing demand.


As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking to recruit a Property Lawyer to join its Property Law Department in Limassol.


The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of the Property Law Department and will manage a diverse range of property-related matters, including transactional and contentious work. This role offers exposure to high-quality cases within a structured and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and manage cases relating to property law matters
  • Handle transactions involving the sale and purchase of immovable property in Cyprus
  • Manage conveyancing processes from initiation to completion
  • Draft and review sale agreements and lease agreements
  • Represent clients before District Courts in property-related matters
  • Prepare and submit court filings and legal documentation
  • Assist with the administration of the estates of deceased persons
  • Handle property-related disputes and provide strategic legal advice
  • Liaise with Land Registry, public authorities, and other stakeholders as required


Requirements

  • Law Degree (LLB or equivalent)
  • Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property law and conveyancing
  • Experience in drafting agreements and handling court procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Professional discipline and ability to assume responsibility independently
  • Full and clean driving licence
