Location: Nationwide – United States (All 50 States)

Salary Range: USD $200,000 – $500,000+ (based on originations, book of business, and practice support needs)

The firm is seeking lateral partners across a broad range of practice areas in all U.S. jurisdictions.


This opportunity is suited to established leaders and next-generation partners who actively manage their clients, teams, and matters from intake through trial or resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow a portable book of business
  • Manage client relationships and lead matters from intake through resolution or trial
  • Collaborate with national practice groups and cross-office teams
  • Contribute to firmwide business development and cross-marketing initiatives
  • Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives within chosen practice areas
  • Support the firm’s commitment to client service excellence and sustainable expansion


Requirements

  • Partner-level attorney with an established portable book of business (minimum $1M+ preferred)
  • Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong leadership and client management capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to leverage a national platform
  • Trial experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex legal matters
  • Strong professional reputation and commitment to client service
