Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000/month (tax-free)

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children at the centre and partner schools in Dubai
  • Deliver 6 hours of clinical/therapy sessions per day, supported by dedicated time for preparation, administration, and lunch
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
  • Prepare clear and professional assessment and progress reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues including speech and language therapists and psychologists
  • Use methodologies such as Sensory Integration and SCERTS® in daily practice
  • Engage actively in team meetings, training sessions, and monthly supervision
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Support and involve families in the therapy process, providing advice and recommendations where appropriate


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of paediatric experience with a stamped reference letter from previous employer(s)
  • DHA licence or eligibility to obtain one
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car is desirable
  • Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in Sensory Integration and SCERTS® methodology is desirable
  • Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering best practices
