Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children at the centre and partner schools in Dubai
- Deliver 6 hours of clinical/therapy sessions per day, supported by dedicated time for preparation, administration, and lunch
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
- Prepare clear and professional assessment and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues including speech and language therapists and psychologists
- Use methodologies such as Sensory Integration and SCERTS® in daily practice
- Engage actively in team meetings, training sessions, and monthly supervision
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Support and involve families in the therapy process, providing advice and recommendations where appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of paediatric experience with a stamped reference letter from previous employer(s)
- DHA licence or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid driving licence and access to a car is desirable
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in Sensory Integration and SCERTS® methodology is desirable
