Responsibilities
- Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements
- Prepare and amend Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A)
- Draft Board of Directors and Shareholder Resolutions
- Prepare and review Powers of Attorney and related corporate documentation
- Conduct legal due diligence exercises
- Assist with cross-border corporate transactions
- Provide legal opinions on corporate, trust, and transactional matters
- Support the establishment of corporate structures and advise on licensing issues
- Assist with migration and visa applications (BFU, PRP, Visitor Permits)
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and external advisers
- Manage corporate files and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Requirements
- University Law Degree
- LPC or LLM in Corporate / Company / Commercial Law will be considered an advantage
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Professional, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
