Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Salary: Fully negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements
  • Prepare and amend Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A)
  • Draft Board of Directors and Shareholder Resolutions
  • Prepare and review Powers of Attorney and related corporate documentation
  • Conduct legal due diligence exercises
  • Assist with cross-border corporate transactions
  • Provide legal opinions on corporate, trust, and transactional matters
  • Support the establishment of corporate structures and advise on licensing issues
  • Assist with migration and visa applications (BFU, PRP, Visitor Permits)
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and external advisers
  • Manage corporate files and ensure compliance with statutory requirements


Requirements

  • University Law Degree
  • LPC or LLM in Corporate / Company / Commercial Law will be considered an advantage
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
