Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, building strong, long-lasting business relationships
- Identify client needs and match them with the company’s products and digital solutions
- Generate new leads and actively pursue business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, office solutions, or related sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
