Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and post entries into the accounting system
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile other financial accounts as required
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and related reports in a timely manner
- Manage payroll processing and Social Insurance contributions
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email, providing support and clarification where needed
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities to support ongoing compliance and financial processes
- Assist management with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, and/or LCCI Higher or CAT diploma in Accounting
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or similar role will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of Intelisoft software will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Proactive and professional approach with good communication abilities
