Salary: €1.500, after 6th month review €1700 + extra 20 euro per night shifts (average 5 per month) & (Quarterly Bonus after probation period: up to €400 / 3 months

Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns and suspicious activity, ensuring the integrity of transactions and preventing financial loss.
- Investigate suspicious account transactions and sports-related risks, report findings, and undertake remedial actions to mitigate potential losses.
- Utilize fraud and payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates, maintain a favourable chargeback ratio, and process all withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor, operate, and manage all risk tasks, ensuring effective estimation and decision- making in high-pressure situations.
- Assist Customer Support teams by resolving customer queries related to payments, fraud, and sports risk, ensuring professional and clear communication.
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions, ensuring that business objectives are met while providing a high level of service to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
- Experience is preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Attention to details and quality of work;
- Computer literate and proficient user of Excel;
