Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work mode: On-site

Working hours: Monday to Sunday (5 -day shifts) 08:00 – 16:00 & 16:00 – 00:00 & 00:00 – 08:00

Salary: €1.500, after 6th month review €1700 + extra 20 euro per night shifts (average 5 per month) & (Quarterly Bonus after probation period: up to €400 / 3 months

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns and suspicious activity, ensuring the integrity of transactions and preventing financial loss.
  • Investigate suspicious account transactions and sports-related risks, report findings, and undertake remedial actions to mitigate potential losses.
  • Utilize fraud and payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates, maintain a favourable chargeback ratio, and process all withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, operate, and manage all risk tasks, ensuring effective estimation and decision- making in high-pressure situations.
  • Assist Customer Support teams by resolving customer queries related to payments, fraud, and sports risk, ensuring professional and clear communication.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions, ensuring that business objectives are met while providing a high level of service to customers and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
  • Experience is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Attention to details and quality of work;
  • Computer literate and proficient user of Excel;
