Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus commission

Our client is a renowned industry leader for feet, hands and legs treatments, and products sold in their luxury clinics, top spas and prestigious retailers. They are currently recruiting for a Front of House & Customer Service Advisor to join Their dynamic team. 

You will be working across their beautiful London Clinic, undertaking front-of-house duties and assisting with the day-to-day operations of their clinic. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to develop their skillset within the setting of an award-winning luxury brand.

Responsibilities: 

• Warmly greet clients and inform assigned beauty therapist/podiatrist of their arrival
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
• Booking and upselling appointments, by phone and email
• Adding staff rotas into the booking system
• Update client details on the booking system including telephone numbers, email addresses and card details
• Stock control/support
• Provide support on end of day procedures
• Support the Clinic Managers with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in Front of House/reception duties
• Able to work efficiently and be self-motivated
• A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company
• Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems
• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Capable of building strong and professional relationships 
• Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English
• You will be required to work 5 days per week, including at least one day on a weekend.
