Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Work-mode: On-site

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Salary: €1,400 – €1,800 gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration support for a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of legal documents, including Powers of Attorney, resolutions, and agreements
  • Carry out general business administrative tasks in line with company standards
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to ad hoc corporate and administrative projects as assigned by management


Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of both Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Russian or Greek will be considered an advantage
  • University degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates and final-year students may also be considered)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience or background in corporate administration, law, accounting, or business will be considered an advantage
  • Proactive, client-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment
