Salary: Up to €42,000 gross per annum


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Lifecycle Manager to join our client at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with the company's business goals and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention.
  • Analyse client behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and personalized client interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address client needs effectively.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a smooth start for new clients.
  • Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns to different segments of the client base.
  • Monitor and report on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Proficient in data analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful client relationship strategies
