Salary: €1,800 per month basic salary + 6% from setup + 0.75% profit from partners

Responsibilities
• Conduct proactive lead generation and market research using online platforms, forums, and digital channels
• Build and maintain a detailed prospect database, tracking relevant client information and activity
• Analyse competitor behaviour and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce company offerings and qualify leads
• Present the value of White Label, Turnkey, and Standalone solutions, including Casino, Sportsbook, and Bingo platforms
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and nurture relationships to sustain engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with marketing and product launches
• Attend industry events (e.g. Sigma, ICE, etc.), represent the company professionally, and follow up with prospects
• Assist in managing event logistics (travel, booths, tickets, etc.) in coordination with the Head of Sales
• Provide regular progress reports detailing lead status, conversions, and KPIs
• Support the Head of Sales with compliance reviews, KYC checks, and client agreement preparation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to overall sales process improvement
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive sales approach
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in iGaming, sales, or business development is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at international events
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
