Our client is a well-established and fast-growing real estate development and investment group, operating in Cyprus since 2003. With a team of approximately 60 professionals, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments.

We are seeking Site Engineers to lead on-site construction activities across new residential and commercial developments in Limassol. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role is ideal for engineers with solid site experience who enjoy hands-on involvement and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce
• Review drawings and quantities, ensuring accuracy and correct execution
• Attend site meetings and track follow-up actions
• Liaise with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, quantity surveyors, and site teams
• Prepare and manage variation schedules based on approved designs
• Ensure works are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections in line with the approved H&S plan
• Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, safety plans, and public authority requirements
• Support technical administration of the project, including delivery of technical files and documentation
• Prepare progress reports as required by Management
• Verify monthly evaluations submitted by the main contractor
• Assist with material procurement and coordination
• Maintain detailed and accurate site documentation
• Carry out additional site-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in a similar Site Engineer role
• BSc in Civil Engineering
• Member of ETEK
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
• Strong construction engineering knowledge
• Understanding of QA/QC processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with effective communication abilities
